After you create an account, you have access to your portal where you can fine tune your upcoming orders and so much more. You’ll also begin receiving emails from us. We will never sell your contact information, promise.
Our platform fits to your lifestyle. We have heard from folks who used other subscription services who had to throw away food if they forgot to skip or forgot they will be receiving meals and are asked to pick up the tab. That approach is outdated and goes against every reason we exist. Our Prefare portal enables:
- A traditional “set and forget” subscription of meals each week in accordance with your preferences. This can be adjusted at any time.
- A la carte ordering for those who want the convenience of our Prefare meal kits but don’t want to have to remember to skip weeks where they don’t need our service.
- Multiple servings of any dish for an upcoming event like a dinner party or a holiday gathering.
- Once you create an account, you can adjust your weekly menus up to one month out in just a few clicks of your mouse!
For sure! With our PreFare portal you can do this far in advance or you can switch to a la carte ordering so you only get meals if you manually place an order in our platform versus have to remember when to skip.
You can cancel on your own in your account settings or email email@example.com and your account will be canceled immediately, no questions asked.
Our delivery radius is as far north as Boulder then all the way south to Castle Rock, while east to west spans from Golden to Denver International Airport.If your cozy cottage doesn’t fit in this area, worry not, email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get you on our contact list so you will be the first to get Prefare meals when we expand to your part of town.
We give you the delivery window option of Saturday, Sunday or Monday. (Select areas have Saturday option only.)
Our Culinary Director, Susan Ardito, has 30 years of experience working alongside high profile chefs in top restaurants and even ran her own in New York.
She proudly and meticulously creates gourmet, yet easy to prepare dishes that complement the seasons. From butternut squash risotto in December to a Caprese Salad in July, you’ll love her local flavors.

We currently offer 14 choices a week with new items constantly in development. Our broad selection of meals has something for everyone from carnivores to vegans with family friendly, protein-only packs and an array of fresh salads weekly. Seasonal menus throughout the year ensure you never get bored with your choices!
Each of our detailed meal descriptions list the common allergens which they contain. We currently track wheat (gluten), dairy, soy, egg, tree nuts (including coconut), peanuts, fish, and shellfish. Please check the prior to selecting your weekly meals if you have dietary constraints.
We are currently working to make full nutritional information available but have not yet completed the process.
There is a Keto diet choice weekly, as well as lower calorie choices indicated (500 to 600 calories per serving) when appropriate.
Prefare operates in a USDA run facility and has the highest sourcing, and quality control procedures in place.
Proudly supporting local, we have partnered with farmers, bakeries, tortilla makers and even a ketchup producer to bring you the best of what Colorado has to offer. We buy organic produce when it makes sense and carefully monitor every ingredient that comes into our kitchen to ensure we use clean, preservative free items. Meat and poultry are always hormone and antibiotic free and of top quality. Seafood must pass our rigorous standard of sustainably sourced, whether wild caught or farm raised.

Since the start of PreFare, our main focus has been to give you exactly what you need to make the meal in the most efficient way for you and to minimize our impact on this place we all call home.
While each exact container size has markings which indicate what can be done with it, our smallest size containers are all industrially compostable while our larger sauce cups as well as the containers that each meal comes in are completely recyclable.
We currently use a recycled plastic bag to deliver your meals and drop your meals into a cooler on your porch and pick up all ice packs for reuse on a later date after they are sanitized.
We have begun working to be named a Certified Green Business as well as working with local food shelters to ensure no crumb goes to waste.
